Switch off for three days and reconcile body and heart:

  • Shinson Hapkido community and group training
  • Myong Sang / Shared Meditation
  • inner and outer Shinson Hapkido self-defense
  • Danjeon Hohupbop / Breathing Techniques
  • Ki-Doin / Ki remedial gymnastics for everyday life
  • Hwal In Bop / Naturopathy
  • Tuksu Ho Shin Sul / Special Defense Techniques
  • Special training in nature
  • celebrations and healthy eating
  • Shinson Hapkido - Festival (Tournaments)

probably in Groß-Bieberau, Odenwald/Germany.

Participation from 14 years. Carpools are formed. Please at Dojan Glider report and register.

Everyone can come, even those who do not train Shinson Hapkido or not train at all. Children, take your parents with you! This is how I myself started in 2004.

We will train on the meadow and sleep in tents. We can organise Equipment and travel together so that no one has to travel alone or stay back.
